What Are The Features Of Masterclass Roasting Cookware

The stainless steel heavy-duty roasting pan is built for daily roasting, with one millimeter-thick stainless steel for long-lasting strength and performance. It is ideal for family meals, with deep sides for generous batches of roast meat, vegetables, or lasagna. The pan is versatile, allowing for use on the stovetop and in the oven, and it is fridge and freezer safe, dishwasher safe, and suitable for all hobs except induction.

The MasterClass non-stick roasting pan features a removable, non-stick roasting rack to elevate roasts away from the pan’s base, allowing for healthier roasting as the meat and poultry fat drips down below. It is made of rust-resistant carbon steel, with sturdy side handles for easy handling. The three-layer non-stick coating provides outstanding performance and easy cleaning. This roasting pan is suitable for all heat sources, except induction hobs, and is dishwasher safe and oven safe to 250°C / 482°F.
